How do I sign in?

Enter your email and we send you a one time code. Type it in the app and you are back in, ready to pick up where you left off. If it does not arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or tap Resend.

What is the free Rencontre?

A free 15 minute meeting with a professor we choose for you, so you can feel the connection before you commit. It is not a trial lesson, it is a first real conversation. If the match does not feel right, we introduce you to another professor until it does.

How do lessons and parcours work?

Lessons are 60 minutes, one on one, with a vetted native professor who teaches around your goals. You choose a parcours, a pack of lessons, on speakysy.com and move forward at your own pace. After each lesson you receive a recap of what you practised, so every session builds on the last.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profil, then Settings, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your data. Prefer that we take care of it? Email us and it is done. Whenever you are ready to start again, we will be here.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled securely by Stripe on speakysy.com, so the only thing you focus on is your progress. Any question about billing, email us with your account email and we will sort it out with you.
